This is a fantastic book, it doesn't preach or dictate to you, it simply helps you come to realise how and why a lot of the fears, a lot of the negative aspects of humanity are born of the mind, to satisfy the voice in your head, this mind made 'this is me' we all have called the ego which thrives on conflict, fear, anger, envy and desire. It guides you into stepping back, and coming to see who you truly are, right here, right now, in this moment. It teaches you to free yourself of your ego, to master your ego and to live for the moment and it is such a liberating feeling if you've always been trapped in a cycle of brooding over the past and worrying about the future.

It doesn't matter where you are or what your doing, reading this book, even just the occasional page or two, you will nearly always come away from it with a sense of calm, a fresh perspective and feeling much more assured in yourself.
