The Time Traveler's Wife | Paperback

I bought this book, having seen the cinema movie advertised. The film does not look too great, but i thought it had a great story line.

The book does not disappoint. It has taken be just three days to read it as i have been staying up late to finish it. It is a love story, but not as soppy and gushy as the film seems to be. I feel as though i am the characters and going through what they are, feeling their pain and happiness.

I now want to time travel!!

This Story is about how Henry who has a genetic disorder, which makes him time travel. He meets his future wife when she is just 6 years old and from then on, visits her as she's growing up. Time traveling is not something he enjoys and wants it to stop, he finds a doctor who he hopes can help him, but can he? It's not easy convincing people he's a time traveler, especially when he time travels and ends up in a destination butt naked. I also liked reading Clare's side of how it was to live with Henry, and dealing with his absence when he time traveled.

There's so much to this book, it was very emotional. I really felt like I could connect with the characters, and I felt like I was there with them. I love books that do that to you. This is certainly a fabulous book, it was beautifully written and I enjoyed it so much
I loved how every detail of Henry and Clare's relationship went into this book, and I did enjoy reading about the love and passion they shared for each other.

this book took me the shortest time to read as it is unputdownable. A gripping and involving novel that makes you want to cry one minute and laugh the next. A fantastic buy.

I recently finished the novel having bought it because i liked the look of the film which is out in a few days. I can say i was not disappointed. The story is enthralling, enchating and magical! The end left me crying my eyes out. A phenominal book, cannot wait to see the film :)

I loved the book! I don't normally read much, but I found that I wouldn't stop reading. I truly fell in love with it. Once it was over I had to read it again.

The concept of time-travel may seem far-fetched, but as you read on you feel like it could maybe be real. Niffenegger thought out the concept without leaving any gaps. However, at the heart of this story is a love story. Yes it has a difference, but that is what makes it so much better.

I laughed, I cried, and felt for the two main characters, Henry and Clare.

I read it last September and I still think about it. Definately something that should be read by everyone!
