4.5 The First Great One klesker | 29/08/2007 | See all klesker's reviews (16) This is the first, truely great Dark Tower book. Not only does it continue to expand on Mid-World and Roland's quest but we get to see the Ka-Tet in full force during the second half. Instantly gripping the two halves of this book conplimant each other brilliantly, each one building to a tense and tremendous climax. It also makes you realise that, although they are now all Gunslingers, they are still vunerable. And the ending will leave you aching to find out what happens next. Stephen King, i salute you.
