Everything Paul says is completely true, and really makes sense for example the way natuarally thin people eat. I have never used the cd and have had times where I have fell off the wagon and put the pounds back on but each time I just re read the book and go back to following the four golden rules. The only thing you need to make this plan work is the real desire to lose weight, the rest is easy!
