If you can get over the American corny style of the CD, it's worth a go. However, the first 3 days I listened to it I felt dizzy and nausious after and for 1 & 1/2 weeks I had headaches. After that it was quite relaxing, although I never felt 'refreshed'.
The 4 golden rules are simple, but effective to live by and worth trying as a long term plan.
First 3 weeks I lost 2lb, since then nothing, so that's 2lb in 6 weeks, although I'm only trying to shift 3/4 stone ideally and that may happen over a long period of time with this. It is hard work too though, you have to really think about food, but not in an obssessive way and only at meal times instead of all the time.
If you want a long term plan to keep your weight in check, then this is definately a sound way to do it. The book sets the idea's down simply and sensibly and if that's what you want, then give it a go.
As a long term plan, there's no way to know yet, but it all makes too much sense not to work - that's if you manage not to slip off the wagon!
JUST BE AWARE, THERE IS NO QUICK FIX HERE!
