I found myself engaged from the first sentence, I was so gutted when the book ended haha! there is so many funny bits, some unblieveble and some outragous, and alltogether a really good read. I would reccomend it to anyone, Guns N' Roses/ Slash fan or not, and for under a fiver, thats a bargin tbh.

Got the book but not read it yet but ....

Am a bit of a slash fan purely for his guitar skills. Also anyone who can say they were part of a song like sweet child (most beautiful, innocent sounding love song from the hard living rockers - pure genius) might be quite a good author. Presume this is not ghostwritten?

Awesome book.
This didn't let down pretty much sex, drugs and rock and roll all the way through.

I wouldn't say i was a Guns n' Roses fan but i would recommend this to anyone.
Great insight into the turmoil into one of the best bands in history.

A must read

a must have for any rock n roll fan. tells how slash was a keen bmx rider at first, then how he started playing guitar, and the highs and lows of being in Guns N Roses, with Axl Rose and his tempermental attitude. Also i found out a lot of stuff which i had never heard of before.

Excellent read

As far as bios on entertainment figures go this is very good. Slash delivers an honest and enthralling account of an interesting and eventful life. One of England's best and most successful musicians.
