4.5 I knew Slash was a hellraiser before, but damn! Vin20082008 | 17/06/2008 | See all Vin20082008's reviews (3) I found reading this book to be really captivating, I couldn't put it down as soon as it came through the post. Slash is really honest about his whole life to date, from his childhood, the highs and lows of being in G N'R, the Snakepit and Velvet Revolver and of course the sex, drugs and alcohol. He doesn't mince his words one bit about the whole sex, drugs and rock n' roll excess he's experienced which was in my opinion the most interesting part to read about. Also his relationship with Axl Rose is also interesting, from how they were close in the early days to the point where they were only communicating through their management in their final days. Overall the book is really interesting to read, I knew slash was a hellraiser but once you read this it really does shock you.
