a short yet beautiful novel. Took it on a long haul flight the day after i finished 1984 and finished it over 10 hours, i enjoye everyone of those 10 hours.

One of the best books ever.

When I first bought this book i had no idea how good it is. Even though it's quite short, the writings quite small so it lasts you a couple of hours. I'd recomend it for anyone interested in politics, and even I enjoyed it, and I'm a teenager! It's a timeless classic, and its just as relevant now as it was then.

  A NICE LITTLE READ

If you have read orwells nineteen eighty four and enjoyed it then read this,if you havnt read it then read this anyway! a very good story that you can finish in a few hours. Have to agree with the other reveiwer that it isnt as good as 1984 but still a good quality read. A satire of stalinism,it is set on a farm and tells of how the animals revolt and decide to overthrow the farmer and run the farm themselves. A good read 4/5

Amazing allegorical tale of the Russian revolution. Not very long but it will keep you hooked all the way through.
Not quite as good as 1984, but then again they're different kinds of books.
Buy this book, you will not regret it.
