I LOVE this book. I have read many self-help books over the years and this is truly my favourite. If you are feeling misunderstood, unloved, unworthy or unhappy with your lot then you need this book. It has been written by someone who has been there, felt the unhappiness and the hurt - and found the way out again. It has helped me and it could help you. At the very least it will make you laugh out loud, and we all know the benefits of that.
