Excellent book for all levels of expertise!

I have been in search of recipes and techniques for breadmaking, reading Elizabeth David, various other recipe and bread books, and still only managed mediocre bread at best.
This book, however, has improved my skills and given me loads of enthusiasm, and lots of lovely bread!
It is detailed, for a very good reason, and time spent reading the basics of breadmaking is time worth spending before diving in and getting floury.
All in all, worth every penny, and I am writing this review as I am buying two more copies today as gifts to family members who have been badgering me to borrow my copy (no way!) and whilst I am waiting for my current batch of dough to rise....
Go on, get one, even if you only want to learn how to make a basic white bread... I'll bet you won't be able to stop there...! :)
