From the Publisher:
In the fifth and most recent book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the last chapter, titled "The Second War Begins," started:
'In a brief statement Friday night, Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge confirmed that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named has returned to this country and is active once more.
"It is with great regret that I must confirm that the wizard styling himself Lord - well, you know who I mean - is alive among us again," said Fudge.'
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince takes up the story of Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at this point in the midst of the storm of this battle of good and evil.
The author has already said that the Half-Blood Prince is neither Harry nor Voldemort. And most importantly, the opening chapter of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been brewing in J.K. Rowling's mind for 13 years.

This is the best Harry Potter book so far.. One you start reading it you cant put it down, you get to learn alot about young voldemort and other characters. The ending is so sad i had tears in my eyes and i cant wait to read Deathly Hallows...its on order now im so excited. Its a must read although you do need to read the other books first or it wont make any sense. Well worth the price
I decided to re-read this book so that I could refresh my memory for the new coming and last installment of Harry Potter. Having enjoyed this book the first time, I enjoyed it much more the second time around. I have enjoyed reading the journey with Harry and the rest of the guys, it's like you get to be a part of what's going on. This book is much darker than the others but so enjoyable. I had tears in my eyes at the end. The only part I'm not convinced about is Harry and Ginny. The saddest part is no more of a certain lovable character :(
Best Series of all time? I think so.

This book is following the Harry Potter series, of doing magic. Harry continues his adventures, in the darkest book yet and it does not dissapoint. You will not be able to put this book down, until you've read it for the 3rd time. Think magic is for children? You'll think extremely differently after this. A 5* purchase, fulfilling it's potential. Do not miss out.
However, make sure you've read the other five in order first. Otherwise, you'll miss out completely. An essential buy, for ages of ALL KIND!
