This is one of the best Christmas cookbooks I have. Even if you don't cook anything from it it is bound to fill you with festive cheer. Some fantastic recipes and all beautifully photographed. I haven't yet attempted Nigella's recommended way of cooking turkey (involves soaking the turkey overnight) but I may be brave enough to attempt it this year! All her other recipes I've attempted have worked a treat so maybe this will be the year of the turkey...

This is hands down THE best cook book you could find to help you impress your family and friends throughout the festive period. The book contains some of the best food photography you'll ever see, which only makes you want to try everything on each page. Nigella shows you how to create the 'perfect' goose-fat roasted potatoes, fantastic mouth watering Turkey and Xmas pudding for the big day itself, but there are hundreds of other recipies to try, great smaller things for if you're hosting your own Christmas dinner party or New Years Eve bash.
Buy this book today and make Christmas 2011 your best tasting ever.

PS, it's worth it alone for the 'Gurdle-Buster' Pie. YUM YUM
