  Disappointing end to trilogy

first two books bult up a great story and some excellent characters, but the end seemed very weak and too easy to me.

Not as good as it should have been

After the 2nd book was so much better in style and quality, if not content, than the 1st, I was expecting the 3rd to be even better. However, some of the continuity problems and overly complex and unclear discriptive passages crept back into the last volume of the trilogy. There were some glaring omissions (er...where's Uly, for example?) in the storyline and some sections were far too long, meaning others were far too short, where they needed fleshing out.

Again, that's not to say that the book isn't exciting and a good read - I'd still recommend it to anyone who likes this kind of story - but I was a little disappointed to see the the writing style getting worse again.

The first book in this series was indeed "sublime" as it was very well paced and introduced characters very well, but by this book the series had lost its way. Not so much fast paced but more impossible to keep up pace, as major plot pieces and important character dialog felt clipped and incomplete. A disappointing end to a promising series.

  Masterpiece of Storytelling

Like all the other reviewers, I loved this trilogy from start to finish. The storyline is gripping and the characters are unbelievably hard not to get attached to. I've also recommended it to friends and they too couldn't put it down. There's no book(s) I know of that is of this caliber, and if there is, hook me up!

From start to finish this trilogy is amazing, i've been recommending it to anyone. I couldn't put any of the books down until i had finished them. They keep you guessing from start to finish, some great characters you can't help get attached too.

If i could put more than 5 stars i would, best set of books i have ever read!!!!!!!!!!
*fingers crossed he'll be bring out more"

An amazing and fitting end to an unbelievable trilogy.

The whole Night Angel trilogy is a great addition to any fantasy fan's book shelf. The plot is gripping and the book is almost impossible to put down.
It's hard to put into words how good this trilogy is and it has revived my love of reading!
I wouldn't consider myself a massive fantasy fan but this book changed that.
Just buy it!
