this book really works, i read this book within hours of borrowing it off my boyfriend, i done the cd everyday and by the end of the week i finally had the confidence i needed in life, even to this day i have confidence. i would recommend this book to anyone who felt as if tho they didnt have confidence, Just give it a try and find out for yourself!

Fantastic book & DVD, I was so depressed, my family, friends and work colleagues noticed the difference in me for the better within a couple of days. If you are open minded and determined to change your life for the better I really recommend this book. I feel so happy now, Paul McKenna is a genius :-D (I was skeptical about self help books, but I have proof this one is fantastic; it worked for me)

This actually works. I was very sceptical but after listening to the disc for only a few days I noticed a difference. Not only am I more successful in the area I wanted to work on, I am also more relaxed generally in my life and I don´t get worked up about unimportant things any more. I don´t read the book much, but I find the disc is a half hour chill out that I look forward to.

Don't get me wrong, it's certainly a very good book but the exercises in the book are sometimes slightly complicated and hard to remember, even though there all pretty similar. I've been listening the cd over a week now, and i've finished the book and i'm glad to say that i think my confidence has slightly improved, but its on-going, so i'll wait and see what the end result is. Definitely worth a read though, has changed my outlook on life a bit aswell.
