In the sixth and most recent book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the last chapter, titled "The Second War Begins," started:
'In a brief statement Friday night, Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge confirmed that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named has returned to this country and is active once more.
"It is with great regret that I must confirm that the wizard styling himself Lord - well, you know who I mean - is alive among us again," said Fudge.'
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince takes up the story of Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at this point in the midst of the storm of this battle of good and evil.
The author has already said that the Half-Blood Prince is neither Harry nor Voldemort. And most importantly, the opening chapter of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been brewing in J.K. Rowling's mind for 13 years.

One of the best books in the series, never saw the ending coming what a way to build up to the final book! Just simply a gem of a book.

 Harry Potter!!!

read this book after 2 days of the launch of it and when i read it i thought she kept the Harry Potter series as enjoyable as the others. Also if you have read the rest of them this book is really worth reading.

 Excellent, compelling read

When i first reviewed this book i gave it one star!! And called it half-hearted rubbish!? I can't actually remember why, but after reading my review the other day and seeing the film trailer and it receiving 10 out of 10 i decided i'd better read it again!

I have, and i loved it... I must have had a momentary lapse of reason the first time. This book is exciting, and each chapter is a good foundation on to the next. It has fantastic background on he who must not be named, so much so, that you actually want to read all previous novels and relate what you know now to them.

I will certainly miss, without a doubt the harry potter books once his school life comes to an end :( thanks jk for many years of exciting ready and great movies!

The sixth book in the series, finally gives you some answers to all those unexplained answers, but also frustratingly poses some new ones. We find out a lot more about Tom Riddle/Voldemort, and how he has become the way he is. Harry finds love. There is also a shocking death at the end, which left me miserable for the entire weekend the first time I read the book. Not to miss!

Another great book from J.k. Rowling

This is great, the front cover is the best one of them all. It's great but ones again i never finished it. It's going to be sad at the end of the film.
