  Great read

After reading Genesis, which was quite outstanding (although a little gory!), I just had to read another Karin Slaughter book. This was also un-put downable, but not quite the high standard of Genesis. Will definitely be buying more of her books.

  Fantastic Read!

I hadnt read any Karin Slaughter books before, but a friend had & she said they were great so I thought I would give it a go! I really enjoyed this book, it had lots of different twists & I was gripped right until the end. I liked the charactors & I am def going to order the rest of her books now!!!

I read this book in 2 days it was a great read and i found it hard to put down. The start was very pawerful and the middle throughout had me guessing who the killer was but the ending was a bit tame. Enjoyed the characters of Faith and Will they seem to compliment each other well. Definitely not disappointed. Would recommend it.

I really liked her last book with Will Trent Triptych so was quite excited when I saw this one but I have to say it was a bit dissapointing. Still liked Will although the whole dyslexic thing began to grate after it was mentioned for the seven hundreth time! Found his new partner Faith one dimensional shs's pretty single mother who still manages to work 24 hours a day, has to try even a harder cos she's a woman and her parent also just happens to be a cop aswell, heard it all before, but it was more interesting when Richard Montanari done it in his books. Also Will's girlfriend Angie from the first book was hardly mentioned although she lives with him now which was a shame cos she was a good character. The story was quite good but dragged in the middle so it took alot of concentration to stop my mind wandering. I'm still not sure I found the who done it bit very believable. So all in all I think I'm being a bit generous with 3*!!!

I have read all of Karin Slaughters novels and have enjoyed all of them however, this one was a struggle for me but I kept at it and it came good in the end!
