This is a fantastic book that will keep you gripped from start to finish.

I would well recommend getting Galaxy In Flames if you are buying this as you will want to dive straight into it after you are done with this little gem.

This book was just as spectacular if not more than the first. The plot was perfect, and the portrayal of the characters was so grand that when the treacherous motives of characters such as Erebus were unravelled, I felt genuine disgust and dislike towards the characters. All in All this book is brilliant so buy it!!!!!!!!!!

 Again brilliant!!

Top 100 Tickets Reviewer

This a great continuation of the story of the Horus heresy.
This is where Horus starts to turn
Good to see more Space Marine Legions getting intoduced and how the Primarches interact between each other like bickering children that don't get along.
The religion of the Universe is starting to show and the powers of Chaos are starting to be used.
My then end of the book Horus' plans and reasons for them will be made clear

 The heresy takes hold

Excellent follow up to Horus rising.
This book is really where Horus starts to turn
Filled with a lot more action at a faster pace, introducing a familiar name, Fabius and the Titans are also making an appearance.
Overall an excellent read and I agree with the other review, make sure you get galaxy of flames at the same time as you will want to carry on reading
