I decided to continue the benefits of juicing but to add a protein meal during the day like chicken soup or eggs with veg. I am a tea and coffee pot so i cut down rather than cut out to just three cups a day. I have not noticed any weight loss but my gums are a lot better than they were. Hope you get on better than i did and good luck.
