After being introduced to the soundtrack for "wicked" a few years ago, i became entranced and kind of obsessed with wanting to see this phenomenal musical. After doing my research on the show, i'd been dying to see it on the stage. On my journey, i came across this fantastic book, which from first glance i can say i really really wanted. I recently had the great experience of seeing "wicked" down in london, and boy it was the musical experience i'd been waiting to see my whole life (and i've seen phantom of the opera on broadway!!!). The show was moving, funny, scary and an absolutely phenomenal show. Parts of it you can reflect in aspects of your own life and see yourself as one of these amazing beings on stage. I myself, most reflect with elphaba and long to play her on the west end or broadway, so i will always treasure my first encounter with wicked as an audience member, and with the grimmerie in my life, the wonderful, beautiful back-up in my life, i hope this will follow me… more »
