Victoria Beckham is a fashion icon and in this book she offers up practical advice for a girl to look and feel her best, what ever your budget may be. With photos and illustrations, Victoria combines fashion advice with her own personal anecdotes from the fashion world. This is the definitive guide for fashion conscious girls.
I've always loved fashion. When I was at school, I carried my books in a Gucci shopping bag that my friend's mum gave me. Victoria on...Skinny jeans. The problem with skinny jeans is that if you wear them with flat shoes, like flip flops or trainers, you end up looking like a golf club. I hate those silly lacy bras with all those bits poking out beneath your top, you end up looking like you have four breasts. On shoes, some wedges are great but you can look like your feet are encased in cement. Packed with realistic and practical advice as well as gorgeous photos and illustrations, Victoria shares her top tips on how to look fabulous whether you have £20 to spend in Topshop or £2,000 to spend in Gucci, as well as personal anecdotes from the fashion world. The definitive girl's guide to looking and feeling the best that you can.

The glossy photography and use of fashion illustration provided in posh' book are both beautifully done and eye catching, i did, however, find that the tips (although very interesting to me as a fashion student) weren't really relevant to my lifestyle, she dip drop in a few high store names but you get the feeling that "mrs i'm a designer girl through and throughs" heart wasn't really in it.
I was also dismayed to find she "would never wear uggs" outside the house as these are the one expensive purchase I have really managed to include in my everyday wardrobe, and personally worship them! never mind though, I thoroughly enjoyed the book, this girl certainly knows her stuff, I just wish I had the funds to take her shopping advice seriously.
