 Where's the 3D Version ?

Where's the 3D Version for 3D ready TV's, there really is no need to release the 2D version first, this seems to be another marketing ploy to get us to buy 2 Blu-rays, if the studio release it in 3D and you don't yet have a 3d ready tv then it will just default to 2D, but the great thing is that when your ready to invest in a shinny new 3D TV then you are already covered to watch it in 3D. sadly with this 2D disk we don't have that option.

This is an amazing film and an excellent animated film! The movie has enough qualities to offer adults and children for all to like. This really is one of the best animated films to date. Possibly the best animated film this year it certainly gives Pixar a run for its money.
Overall - 5/5

This is DreamWorks at their red hot fire breathing best!!!

My five year old daughter, my partner and myself all three of us really enjoyed How To Train Your Dragon. In fact I would go as far and say that all three us think this is the best computer animated film to come out this year overall. The relationship between Hiccup the boy Viking and Toothless a very cute black dragon is very funny and touching at the same time. The voice acting is most excellent and includes "Gerard Butler" who starred in the film 300 as Hiccup's ultra hard as nails Viking dad. I've always had a interest in Vikings and dragons since I was a little boy and this film really captures the spirit of both very well indeed. The computer animation looks stunning on blu-ray with crystal clear detail. I found the story very enjoyable and it contains a very good message within it too. Overall this is the best DreamWorks computer animated cartoon since Shrek 2 and it really does desreve all the brilliant reviews it is receiving.

Hilarious Viking adventure! Breathtaking animation, that shines in HD. This is an absolute must for children and adults alike. I can't recommend it highly enough. I guarantee you will want your own dragon by the time this film is at an end.

 Best animated film I've seen!

Just got back from seeing this at the cinema with our 6 yr old and was pleasantly surprised at how awesome it was. The Story is heartfelt and sincere and beautifully told. The animation and cinematography are the real star though and old toothless steals the show by winning even the coldest of hearts!! Stunning visuals which will look superb on blu ray! All in all a must have for kids and adults! Gerard butler is also on fine form.... As always! Go see it. Then go buy it!!
