Heartbreaker (Blu-ray)

I won't deny the first thing i noticed about tis film is that VANESSA PARADIS is in it,but i didn't take it for granted i would enjoy it just because she's in it,turns out it's a really funny film.
So this company is making money out of splitting up couples at the request of a bitter family member that thinks the woman is better off without the man. The charming Alex usually gets results and thinks his next mission will be no problem,then he notices the man his target,Juliette,is with is actually a really nice guy. What follows is the attempt to find faults in the relationship,with Alex slowly falling for Juliette,bringing on complications.
The leads are very well played.with Alex's fake tears being very comical,and Juliette's character is also an interesting one to figure out. Some of the humour is very dry,and other bits,such as the DIRTY DANCING moments are just silly fun. Okay,it's cheesy in places and it's not hard to see where it's going,but it made me smile a lot of times as it does it's job. It may not be the best ever comedy,but it's heart's in the right place.
Also i did get this on blu-ray and would say it does look very nice and crisp,which i guess adds to it's charm a little.
