Something's Cooking This Summer!

Master chef Kate Armstrong (Catherine Zeta-Jones) lives her life like she runs her kitchen, with a no-nonsense intensity that both captivates and intimidates everyone around her. Kate's perfectionist nature is put to the test when she 'inherits' her nine-year-old niece Zoe (Abigail Breslin), while contending with a brash new sous-chef who joins her staff. High-spirited and freewheeling, Nick Palmer (Aaron Eckhart) couldn't be more different from Kate, yet the chemistry between them is undeniable.

I have been waiting for this movie to be released on Dvd and after an incredible 6 months long wait but it was worthed. A master chef, Kate (CATHERINE ZETA-JONES) lives her life like she runs the kitchen at upscale 22 Bleecker Restaurant in Manhattan--with a no-nonsense intensity that both captivattes and intimidates everyone around her. With breathtaking precision, she powers through each hectic shift, coordinating hundreds of meals, preparing delicate sauces, seasoning and simmering each dish to absolute perfection. Her life drastically changes when she becomes the guardian of her young niece. WATCH this movie it is simply BRILLIANT.

 An extremely charming film

Catherine Zeta Jones plays a chef whose entire life revolves around her kitchen, until the day her sister is involved in a fatal car accident.
Her Sister entrusts the welfare of her only daughter to Catherine Zeta Jones who is initially, totally out of her element untill she meets Aaron Eckhart (The Core & Paycheck) a fellow chef.

The chemistry between Catherine Zeta jones and Aaron Eckhart is very good, but the real beauty of this film is, is that the film has not been over-hyped - so you're not expecting something amazing only to be let down.
This is a very pleasant film about two people who find eachother through a tragic circumstance and is guarenteed not to ruin your afternoon.
