For the first time the awesome racing from the world's greatest road races can now be enjoyed in unrivalled high definition, thanks to Blu-ray Disc technology. This is the first time the TT has been available on Blu-ray, offering fans an exceptional viewing experience.

TT 2009 promised to be one of the most hotly-contested in years, with Honda going all out to take victory as it marked the 50th anniversary of its involvement in motor racing and the TAS Suzuki team determined to spoil the party.

All the big names of road racing were set to take part, including 14-times winner John McGuinness, his HM Plant Honda teammate Steve Plater, TAS teammates Cameron Donald and Bruce Anstey, fans' favourite Guy Martin, British Superbike star Michael Rutter, rising stars Gary Johnson and James Hillier and many, many more.

Plus, the sidecar races were set to be storming events with multiple race winners Dave Molyneux and Nick Crowe facing strong competition from the likes of three-times World Champion Tim Reeves.

The TT 2009 DVD includes action from every single race around the awesome 37¾ mile Mountain Circuit, where the machines reach speeds of up to 200mph as they roar just inches from walls, hedges and houses.

This is a chance to see the superbike, supersport and superstock machinery being put to the ultimate test around the iconic Isle of Man TT course.

There's also footage from the Lightweight and Ultra Lightweight TT races at the 4.25-mile Billown circuit.

Commentary comes courtesy of Steve Parrish and James Whitham. For 2009, in addition to all the usual edge-of-the-seat action footage, there's even more from on board the motorcycles and many brand new innovations including the must-see ultra slow motion camerawork.

I have owned a Blu-Ray player for a while now and couldn't want to watch this and I was not disappointed! Amazing slow motion pictures in HD are a joy to behold! The commentary by Steve Parrish and James Whitham is fantastic and by god are road racers just the bravest men on earth! A MUST HAVE FOR ALL BIKE FANS!

I bought a Bluray player when I heard this disc was coming out.I'm glad to say lt was worth it.The clarity of the images is top notch, the filming superb, the commentary the best of any TT.
I really enjoyed the rider interviws at the beginning of the disc, especially Guy Martin and his tea making routine!
Now we've got the TT on Bluray, how about Moto GP,WSBK,BSB and F1?
