WWE: TLC - Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2011 (Blu-ray)

I love the concept of TLC events,i look forward to it,but this just didn't quite take advantage of a great idea like it has done in the past.
A good start with ZACK RYDER taking on u.s. champ DOLPH ZIGGLER,very well wrestled,enjoyed it.
Next AIRBOOM take on PRIMO and EPICO in a good but nothing special title match.
RANDY ORTON has a good tables match with WADE BARRETT,but it could've been better.
KELLY KELLY tries to wrestle the diva's title from BETH PHOENIX,it's okay for a filler.
A lot of people hated this HHH vs KEVIN NASH sledgehammer/ladder match where the aim is to beat your foe down enough to climb the ladder,take the sledge hammer and use it at will. Okay it's not a brilliant match,but it delivers quite a few big moments with both men taking some heavy bumps and thumps. Sure NASH is past his best,but both men still put on a good enough encounter to tell the story of their feud,so i liked it.
SHEAMUS vs JACK SWAGGER doesn't really go anywhere and dosn't last very long,another okay filler.
BIG SHOW vs MARK HENRY for HENRY'S heavyweight title,considering it's a world title match,this chairs match is patheticly short. It's a fun start with SHOW throwing chairs into the ring to show HENRY he means business,but other than a few big shots,not a lot happens. Stick around for the aftermath though,it ain't quite over!
BOOKER T. after being attacked by CODY RHODES twice during the show finally has his match with him,it's a lot better than i expected considering the 2 attacks,just not very long.
The main event now and WWE champ ALBERTO DEL RIO defend his title against C.M. PUNK and MIZ in a triple threat tlc match. Easily the best match of the night,lots of highspots and some good ideas thrown in,really enjoyed this one,made up for a lot of the undercard.
So yeah,it's a great event,but it really could've and should've been a lot better for tlc. Next year maybe?
