WWE: Wrestlemania 24 (Blu-ray)

As a wrestling fan of 18 years, the first ever blu ray release of a wrestling spectacular that is wrestlemania is just brilliant. The picture quality is amazing and the surround sound is too. You basically get nearly 9 hours of wrestling and a hall of fame induction ceremony (on disc 2).

Wether you are a wreslting fan or not, this blu-ray should be in your collection.

I was there, Florida 2008. Wrestlemania was simply amazing, the atmosphere, the electricity in the stadium was immense. Look out for the lighting malfunction, I believe in the divas match. My favourite Wrestlemania by far! Some unexpected results too!

This blu ray was the first one that I added to my collection. I had never seen wrestling in HD before but I have to say that I was not left disappointed. The quality is stunning and it just seems to add so much more to the experience.

HD aside this was a really good event. Of course the stand out moment was the retirement match for Ric Flair. A great match which proved that flair could still go. Big Show carried Mayweather to an enjoyable exhibition and showed that celebrity involvement can be enjoyed. The Edge vs Undertaker match may have been the best match on the card and is a true classic.

I would recommend this PPV to anyone and I would say that paying the extra to have the Blu Ray version is not a decision you will regret

First of all the picture and sound is pretty much spot on, also 70% of the matches are aswell so I would highly recommend this Blu Ray.

As said in the other review a must have for wrestling fans and for the people that don't know about this it is like the champions league final for wrestling with the big celebrations, stars coming out and the real quality of the wrestlers is on display in this event
