The legend of Ong Bak 3 begins after Tien (Tony Jaa) has lost his fighting skills and his beloved stepfather at the Garuda's Wing cliff from the raid led by Jom Rachan (Saranyu Wonggrajang).

Tien is brought back to life with the help from Pim (Primrata Dechudom) as well as Mhen (Petchai Wongkamlao) and the Kana Khone villagers. Deep into the meditation taught by Phra Bua (Nirutti Sirijanya), Tien finally is able to achieve 'Nathayut'.

His talents are put to the test again when his rivals including the Golden-Armored King's Guard (Supakorn 'Tok' Kijusuwan), the mysterious killers in black, and Bhuti Sangkha (Dan Chupong) return for the final showdown.

Im a massive fan of Tony Jaa and the originality he once brought to martial arts like the brilliant warrior king and ong bak, even ong bak the beginning was pretty good and had lots of amazing fight sequences! With ong bak 3 you are getting very short changed and it feels like the movie was terribly rushed to make a bit of cash! The trailer is very misleading as the only action in the film is the last 10 minutes and the rest is very slow and almost boring, the story is messy with some weird stuff going on that half the time your a bit puzzled! There is some terrible CGI in this film too which is laughable! I really hope Jaa can come back with something original next time and maybe NOT direct his own movies!!

 Terrible sequel

If you thought Ong Bak 2 was pants..wait to you se this monstosity! Its no secret Jaa lost the plot whilst making pt 2 and this was hastily shot straight after Jaa agreed to come back to the set. Not much action and of that there is is nowhere near the quality from Ong Bak1. I REALLY ENJOYED ONG BAK 1 AND tHE WARRIOR KING BUT THESE ONG BAK SEQUELS HAVE BEEN DREADFUL..AVOID.

 Spectacular end to the trilogy.

This is a wonderful end to an excellent trilogy.
Tony Jaa's vision has come to life in this wonderfully told tale of loss, revenge and struggle against the tyrany of an oppressing Emperor.
Alot of people complain that this doesn't have as much action as the previous 2 films, what were they watching? It has awesome action scenes and has the bonus of a great story to accompany it - rare in a Tony Jaa film.
I'm just gutted that this didn't get cinema release and that the previous only got limited release. They deserved much more, as they are great films.
Buy this and you won't be dissappointed!!

Continuing directly on from the end of Ong Bak 2, 3 is a mythical and spiritual martial arts epic. A film chock full of breathtaking martial arts with a gripping and unique story line and scorching visuals that look great in HD.
