The Twilight Saga: New Moon (Blu-ray)

I am a huge huge fan of the books and have read each one twice ( yes- sad I know! ) For me, Twilight was the most stupendous film and I am not going to admit to how many times I have watched it - it is too embarrassing! New moon was true to the book, so in that respect it was great, but at times it was a bit lifeless. However,Jacob and the wolves are incredible, and I thought the relationship between Jake and Bella was portrayed really well.How could she go back to Edward after getting so close to Jacob?! I thought the director of Twilight did a much better job in bringing the book alive on screen, than the director of New moon, maybe because she was female she understood the emotions involved? My last gripe, is that the music in New Moon is awful compared to Twilight; I would not buy the soundtrack, but I bought the first one straight away, as the music added so much to the atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed New Moon, but there is no way that it is as good as Twilight.… more »

I am eagerly awaiting Eclipse and Breaking Dawn, to see how they are going to tackle the huge scenes in these books. Should be interesting! I will be buying the blu-ray New moon, and enjoying the wolf scenes!
