Great film. Set in WW2 With a bunch of nazi hating jews. Great story and action with excellent dialouge and at times had me laughing. Brad Pitt is brilliant in it as Aldo "The Apache" Raine's the commander of the basterds. And also the stunning performance from Christoph Waltz as the Nazi Colonel Hans Landa. Top movie it has everything

 The greatest war movie ever

With this movie Quentin Tarantino is back on form after his lackluster Deathproof. Im not a fan of war movies but this genre is now forever corrupted with tarantinos insane inventive twist. This is his biggest budget movie to date and it paid off as it did very well at the box office. The cast is brillaint, Brad Pitt delivers another amazing underated performance, eli roth prooves he can perfrom in front of the camera as well as behind the camera, and Mr Watlz has created a classic cinema villian and thoroughly deserved his oscar, i hope with his new found fame he can continue these marvellous performances.

I avoided watching this for quite a while, purely on the drivel that was Deathproof - one of the worst films I've ever seen. But am I glad i did! Extremely violent, funny, meandering, with trademark Tarantino dialogue. Not as good as his masterpiece (jackie Brown), but good to see he's learned from his mistakes.

 booooo ring.

i felt this movie was a massive let down. tarantino must be on a different planet. if its so good why has it done so poorly. too long and the narrative to drawn out.
best bit was the cinema part near the end. very good.
but overall i felt like i had wasted a whole eve.

 Fantastic!

Video quality is superb being a blu-ray of course you won't be disaapointed with the different features packed on a single disc (because it's blu-ray)! I for myself am a bit disappointed with how the story went. I was comparing this film to Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2 which were both directed by Quentin Tarantino and I can't shake the feeling that those films are better than this one. Anyway it's till a good buy especially if you're a fan of unconventional war movies specifically during the time wherein Hitler was at peak. Nevertheless still a good buy for a movie lover like us. \m/

 Brilliant Blu Ray Quality

Whilst the film itself is very good the blu ray picture quality makes this film stand out. Clear picture throughout and one of the best blu ray transfers without doubt.

 Brilliant

Seriously, don't pay attention to the 12-year-olds who can't appreciate the brilliant dialogue and suspense in this movie. For me, it's on the same level as his masterpiece Pulp Fiction, if not better. Everything is though out perfectly, characters are worked out, Christoph Waltz gives an amazing performance. This is a must see!
