this film is a classic and be must for any film collector i remmber watching this as a teenager and thinking i want to be like ferris skipping school and driving about in a classic ferriari great film

After the sad news of the recent passing of legendary filmmaker John Hughes, I have been re-visiting many of his classic movies. None has brought me more joy than the 1986 classic - Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Matthew Broderick excels as the cheeky title character that, along with his best friend Cameron and Girlfriend Sloan, embarks on an adventurous day of truancy in Chicago.

Ferris must avoid his parents and jealous sister, get Cameron's father's Ferrari back in time, and have a day to remember - all whilst getting one up on deranged school headmaster Edward Rooney, who is desperate to catch the ever popular schemer out and be rid of him once and for all.

Never short of laughs and with a classic soundtrack to boot - Ferris Bueller's Day Off is a welcome addition to any Blu-ray Collection and a fitting reminder of what a great talent John Hughes was.

This is a true must have for every student! It's up there with Point Break as classic movies go. Chants of Bueller...Bueller...? ringing around the campus. Can't wait for this remastered classic.
