I've already watched This Is It 4 times already - I'll never tire of watching it.

It shows the weeks of rehearsals to the This Is It concerts that were to be played at the 02 Arena in London.

Michael Jackson still had it, believe me! 50 years young, and moving, singing and dancing like he was 18 again.

The shows would have been the VERY BEST the world had ever seen. A gigantic 100 foot by 30 foot LCD, 3-D screen would have propelled the audience into the show!

The Blu-Ray is well worth the money, first off the picture and sound are awesome...as you would expect, nothing less would have been acceptable. The special features consist of trailers, TV spots, 8 featurettes and best of all a 2 part, behind the scenes documentary...worth the price alone (and all in HD)

All in all this is one Blu-Ray I will watch over and over again.

Michael Jackson was a one-off, never will there be anybody like him ever again. The world lost a total genius and Legend in June 2009.

I can't recommend This Is It highly enough. 5/5.

In all the yrs iv followed music of all kinds in terms of all round talent Michael Jackson for me was the only artist that was truly born to do it!! The way he danced and sang so unique genius is banded about too easy these days but Jacko was a genius he had a wow factor that no one will ever surpass...oh and this blu-ray version is class...RIP

  'THANKS' for the memory.

the rehersal's for the planned return to the stage after ten long years away, a show that will never be seen.
this is without question a great insight into 'micheal's' determination to make the forthcoming '50' concert tour a memorable occassion for all those that would be lucky enough to see it.
the man was a brilliant stage performer and a perfectionist as well as being a genuine and unique vocal talent.
even if you were not a fan the effort he puts into the rehersal's are to be admired.
the disc has many extras to also be watched.
the man himself was complicated in recent years controversial and very troubled, he lived for his music and recent 'cd' failures must have been torture for the guy.
on stage he had an un-paralleled presence, this disc displays many of his talents, his dancing on stage allmost as legendary as his singing.
we have lost many great artist's down the years including some of the greats like 'elvis' 'roy orbison' 'freddy mercury' and so many more all or many of which we remember with great affection, and 'micheal jackson' well i can honestly say we will never see the likes of 'the king of pop' again.
the disc wether on 'dvd' or this format is so worth owning----for the memories.
'THIS IS IT' ? ..............i suspect more material will surface in time.
whatever....i along with many hope the guy has finally found the peace he craved.

The first record i ever brought was a mj one, i reamember listening to my walkman on long fmaily trips and not careing about how long it was till we arvived because i was happy listening to some of the best music ever. I was going to go to the concert and like every mj fan was gutted when the news came that he had died. I went to watch this with my girlfriend and for just a moment it felt like we were all at the concert. There is no doubt in my mind that this would have been the best concert ever and would have put him right back into the music mix. If your a fan of mj then you will love this its a must have, 5 out of 5 *****

An absolutely brilliant film!! I felt really sad for all of the cast and crew left behind when he died. It was such a tragedy and for all the MJ fans a really sad loss. Such a talented artist. RIP Michael

  This Is AWESOME!!!

I already knew this was an awesome film having seen it at the cinema... now on Blu-Ray it continues to be AWESOME!! His outfits sparkle, the effects blow your mind... and then there's the rest of the film!

The Special Features on this are fantastic, you really get your monies worth (as always with Michael) and gives you an even greater insight into the effort that went behind this film and show.

I'd pay 200 for this Blu Ray let alone 16... but be prepared to shed a tear or two...

  Michael Jackson Rocked my world

I went with a group of friends to watch 'This is it' , it was not a night at the cinema but a night with Mj. The cinema was fully booked not one seat free, The lights go down the film starts to roll and then you hear the beat from Wanna be starting something, I almost died. Michael Was that bright star on stage once again, moving and dancing his body one with the beat. He was a genius , he was sincere, humble and caring to others allowing then to have there moment in the light.

It was a sad moment when the film ended as I did not want the lights to go down, When we lost Michael Jackson, I think we all lost a part of our Childhood .

This Is It shows the rehearsals for the concerts that never where. Michael Jackson sings and dances like a young happy man. Had he not passed away This Is It would no doubt have been the greatest concerts ever seen. Great film. Can't wait for all the extra material. Hope for more rehearsal footage. A true must have for all who likes music.
