I recently bought inception triple play, only its not triple play as the digital copy has an expiry date which is last year. Wish they said this before hand. False advertising if u ask me, its just the bluray and DVD. Quite frankly I'm a. Bit annoyed!!!

  Brilliant Movie

This is a psychological sci-fi action film about a thief who possesses the power to enter into the dreams of others. It pretty much revolves around its entire cast being asleep for the duration of the film.

Shut your eyes for 10 seconds and youre going to spend the next 10 minutes wondering what the hell is going on. Dom Cobb (DiCaprio) doesn't steal physical things, he steals ideas. By projecting himself deep into the subconscious of his targets. He can gather information that even the best computer hackers the world over would struggle to find.

Cobb is haunted by his wife Mal and is desperate to get back home to his family. When businessman Saito offers him a rewarding proposition, he takes the nigh-on impossible job of inception. The ultimate heist' instead of stealing information, you plant an idea.

The film which was apparently ten years in the making is a film that will definitely get you thinking and leave your brain ticking for hours after it has finished. It has a strong cast and may be a little hard to get in to at the beginning but defiantly one to watch.

The Blu Ray version defiantly adds to the experience, outstanding picture quality as always especially on and LED screen.

  Loved it!

I enjoyed every second of this film, it's a confusing start but everything falls into place the more you watch. Great acting, script, story, direction and visuals (on Blu-ray it's amazing).
Other people have mentioned plot holes, I didn't notice any (I may have been too dazzled to notice any?!?).
You really have to sit down and concentrate when watching this film, you can't dip in and out really, you can't pop to the loo or to make a brew but that's what makes it so great.
There are no 'baddies' as such but there are lots of gun fights, car chases, fist fights all peeing all over fight sequences in the likes of The Matrix or X-men etc. I guess the other reviewer went to the loo or to make a brew at those points in the film :o)

Why didn't I see this at the cinema?

I'll be honest. I saw the trailers and didn't bat an eyelid. I was not in any way interested in this film.
And then I bought it.
I know it's a good film when I don't notice that I've been sat in front of a screen for nearly two hours...I was transfixed. And not just on the first viewing but on my numerous repeat viewings. This film has everything, from big set sequences to pitch-perfect performances from all of the cast. After Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan was making an impression on me and after this? He is undoubtably one of my favourite directors. With each film he makes he demonstrates why he is considered one of the most skilled in his field.
The storyline alone is enough to make me recommend this film but the visual effects, the sound and the acting all take it to a whole different level of film-making. If you have any sense you will get this on blu-ray as soon as you can!
I salute you Mr.Nolan and look forward to The Dark Knight Rises. If it's even half as accomplished as this film, I will be deeply satisfied.
