It takes all the classic elements from the orignal.And brings it up to date.A true sequal (after Predator 2 of course).
Good action, story & characters.You must see this movie if your into your mindless action, sci-fi, beatem-ups.

For me, the film started off well enough, with our characters parachuting onto an alien world (that really needed to be way more alien instead of looking like an earth jungle), no one really knowing where they were and not really trusting one another....a good start. But I felt it quickly peaked and then didn't really go anywhere, it just repeated too much the formula of the first movie. It's not a bad movie, the acting is solid enough with some good action sequences and special effects, it just stayed a bit flat for it's course, and I feel the Predators franchise deserves better. In fact, I think AVP is much better than this film x

Great film saw it at the cinema and can not remember the last time I enjoyed a film that much, Storys was good, effects great and the cast was awsome the best being Walton Goggins character for me (but i'm a huge Sheild fan). Roll on 1st november can not wait to see it again in bluray.

Its about time we got a predator sequel after all these years! And it was worth the wait, any fan will love this new film, the story is great and having it set on a predator planet means you can play around and change the rules, and see things from the predator angle with a band of humans stuck there for the ultimate hunt. The story is pretty straight forward but loads of fun, the cast is great and all have good parts to play. The effects are great, the classic predators are badass as ever and the new ones are cool too and bigger! There is so many good homages to the original movie which is the one people mainly want to remember anyway. Great gory fun for any fan or anybody who generally loves a great sci-fi.

I wasnt too sure if I was going to like Predators after seeing the awful Alien vs Predator movies so I remained sceptical and didnt get my hopes up. Fortunately I found Predators highly enjoyable and the suspense was there from the very beginning and it didnt dawdle like so many other films seem to do these days. The film was full of thrills and kept me clued to my seat from one scene to another. I loved the new ideas, especially the Predators dogs.

I wouldnt say it was as good as the original with Arnie but there is a lot in this movie that keeps the Predator franchises alive and well. Bring on the sequel and I bow down to Robert rodrigeuz for doing a good job and for getting Predator movies back on track. I hope that the Alien vs Predator franchises can learn a thing or two from this masterpiece.
