These first three episodes are a complete waste of time. Matt Smith is all over the place in terms of his acting and Karen Gillan is a very weak actress. These stories are cheap, unexciting and actually very dull. The first outing for the Doctor sees him crash land on earth and meet a young Amy Pond. Not very original and the story with Prisoner One is very poorly directed, for example, when you see the interior of the TARDIS for the first time you never get a full wide shot making the whole thing very odd.
The next story, The Beast Below, is an exceptionally bad story with no real excitement or plot really. Finally Victory of the Daleks - well, the new Daleks when revealed are so embarrassing that, combined with a weak plot, it makes you hang your head in shame to be fan of Doctor Who. This series is not worth the money so wait until these discs are in the sale!
people should not judge this just beacause their is no extras you need to wait for the boxset apart from that a fantastic series from matt smith its taking awhile to get used to him beacause david tennet was so fantastic 10/10
