Good enough
Not the best but not the worst

Just hope there is no more
That have now milked it dry
Not sure why that just do it for 3d tvs tho
A blu ray disc is big enough to hold 2 versions
So put 2 on it
Don't keep ripping us of

I love the Saw movies and the on going twisted story that gets deeper and more twisted as they go along, a very clever saga of films that have spanned the last 7 years, this is one awesome end to what is one of the best horror franchises ever made, this movie has many gross out and very strong gore moments, and a wonderful cast, the traps get more painful to watch each time. There is an opening at the end for a possible start of what could be a new beginning of SAW but only time will tell.

Another year and another Saw movie, or so the trend was.
This is supposed to be the final chapter, but it would not surprise me if they start the franchise up again in a few years.
For me the Saw series should have ended after part three, this was because the plot twists and reverlations from part four onwards became more inprobable and crazy and stretching what was a brilliant simple idea into a labrynth of twists and turns desperatly trying to link the sequels into one supposed evil plan.
It was like trying to butter a loaf of bread with a knife edge of butter.
Shown in 3D in the cinema the third dimension was poor and added very little to the movie and was un-needed. Now to view the film at home in 2D the film feels a ittle better, as although it's more of the same, you see a SAW movie wanting gore and this one does have some uncomfortably brilliantly staged traps. But this is the final part so everything is set up for the final shocking reverlation, but instead of going out with a bang the movie goes out with a whimper with an ending that is no different to the rest of the series, but on a positive note it does just about join the dots from sequel to sequel.
It's not the worst of the sequels, the gore is great, but if you watch the first movie again, you'll see how far from the original plan the sequels have come.
The biggest surprise is how much weight Carey Elwes (the doctor in the first film) has actually gained.
If your a fan of the series it's a must buy. Don't get me wrong I bought it, but really only to complete my collection of this bloody series.

Saw, the movie franchise. It all started so well with the original film that was a master peice in new thinking for the horror genre. Then as with Halloween, Friday 13th etc they started to labour the point and it slowly lost momentum and has finally ground to an embarrassing halt. 3D can't save this franchise now, no matter how good some effects might potentially be, it's time is done, I was / am a fan but enough already. MILKED!!!! Move on....
