A Christmas Carol: 3D Super Play (With Digital Copy) (Blu-ray)

I've seen a good few movies in the cinema in 3D, but we are just new to the 3D home experience and I really wanted a big action movie to show it off. My girlfriend bought this, and initally I thought I would be disappointed. I'd seen trailers for this movie in the cinema and it didn't grab my attention. So I reluctantly sat down to watch it on the weekend, and I couldn't have been any more wrong. I was absolutely blown away by this movie. It is quite slow paced at times, but the animation and 3D effects are stunning throughout. The scenes with the Ghost of Christmas Future are genuinely creepy (not sure if it's suitable for very young kids). It is a must have 3D movie and is perfect Christmas viewing.

this movie is fantastic on any 3d tv..i just bought the polar express 3d 2010 from the u.s and it is stunning..not available over here at the moment.forget the plastic blue red glasses..watch on 3d tv and get ready to be blown away.

Watched this xmas day & its one of best 3d films ive ever seen, this is gonna be on every xmas from now on & you get 3 discs. A brilliant storyline that is in 3d.

Just saw this movie, and i loved it, a little slow to get into from the start, but its a great film, as for the 3D It Gooddddd !!!!!, i used a samusung TV to view this on, its great ! worth the money, as you get 3 Copy's of it. :)

great film really enjoyed this one made for blueray ,some parts made the kids hide under the cushions, shame the 3d disc only works on a 3d blueray machine and 3d television, you should mention this .we were looking forward to wearing the glasses, so no 3d .but makes up for it with 2d version.

A great film, true to the book and my 5 year old loved it.
Great 3D but not as good as the recent Avatar release I have - but almost as good! Buy it, also I have the real 3D version of Streetdance for sale if you look it up! That is also brilliant 3d

A new visual experience has been breached! This is my 1st 3D blu-ray disc and the picture quality is simply mesmerising!

Jim Carrey stars in the superb adaptation of a well-known theme. Disney have come up trumps!

It also comes with a digital copy (not 3d) so i can play it on my iPod Touch or iPhone. Marvellous!

Next up... Alice in Wonderland 3D!

Went to see this last november and i loved it, so did the kids! the 3d is amazing up there with AVATAR no question. came out the movie feeling really christmassy and we also had a white xmas so 2009 was a great Xmas. havent bought a 3d tv yet but will buy this set cos i will eventually be getting one.

I have been an avid fan of the classic tale of 'A Christmas Carol' for a long time. However, no adaptation was good enough. I found, the most enjoyable adaptation to funnily be 'A Muppet's Christmas Carol' but the tale was then forever to be known as a children's tale. I have never saw this story as a children's tale, instead, it is very much for adults.

I was a bit sceptical before seeing this film. I love Robert Zemeckis, I loved Beowulf, and Jim Carrey is awesome. But, it just didn't look right. However, after seeing the film for the first time, in 3D, I was blown away. Around the same time, Avatar was on it's way, and things were looking bright for the 3D in that film. But 'A Christmas Carol' was the first time that it turned me over to the 3D side.

I'll soon be purchasing a 3D TV, so I will most definitely be purchasing this wonderful film, which includes the Blu-Ray, the 3D Blu-Ray and a Digital Copy!
