Tucker & Dale Vs Evil is a hilariously gory, horror comedy, doing for killer rednecks what 'Shaun of the Dead' did for zombies. Tucker and Dale (Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine) are two best friends on vacation at their dilapidated mountain house, who are mistaken for murderous backwoods hillbillies by a group of obnoxious, preppy college kids. When one of the students gets separated from her friends, the boys try to lend a hand, but as the misunderstanding grows, so does the body count.

Tucker & Dale Vs Evil has been a hit on the festival circuit, debuting at Sundance, and winning the Midnight Audience Award at SXSW, the Jury Prize for First Feature at Fantasia, the Best Director award at Fantaspoa, and the Best Motion Picture Award at Sitges.

This is one of the best movies of the year, if your big into horror and want the next cult classic then look no further this is it, this movie is hilarious and wall to wall blood and gore!! Brilliant cast including Alan Tudyk from Serenity and lovely ladies in their underwear! This is the new Shaun of the dead with rednecks!! A must see, horror comedy gold!!

Not a perfect transfer but a great film.

Sometimes the smaller budget, less well known films can blow the multi million dollar budget ones out of the water and this is one of them.
Very gory and funny with great performances from the lead actors.
Picture quality is good but not great for a HD film, probably more to do with the budget than anything else and the sound is not as loud or clear as i would have liked but this is one film that will be on my shelf very soon.

its a mildly entertaining and often rather funny very watchable comedy!!. once the inital laughs come and go, you're left with a rather poor script and predictable climax, it certainly isnt worthy to take up shelf space in the collection, other than that its a good 90 minutes or so time worth freeing up for! a very good visual in high deff also!! Its no shawn of the dead, I dont understand how you could put this film in the same league, However I agree that Tucker and Dale Vs Evil, probably deserved more attention than it recieved when it first opened to audiences in the States!

Tucker & Dale - what a cracking film!

I expected a poor film when I decided to watch it as the cover put me off and I hadn't heard or seen anything about it......WOW what a mistake! I still laugh out loud today 24hrs after watching it because it was so fresh and funny. You have just got to see this film or you'll be sorry.
