This Blu Ray is epic! absolutely first class sound and visuals throughout. The editing is a bit hit and miss - too much jumping between cameras, as has been stated before by others.
The crowd are amazing.
Angus is amazing
Jono is amazing - how old is he? how DOES he do it?
My wife, who likes pop music, was utterly captivated by this film.
BUY IT NOW!

An amazing rock concert for the eyes and ears.

There are three standout features of this concert blu ray.
1- The picture quality is amazing
2- The sound quality is amazing
3- The Argentinian crowd are the most energetic I've ever seen.

My first reaction was to see how it compared to 'No Bull'. A previous release that, well, also featured the three standouts I mentioned above.
It's safe to say that this release not only equals 'No Bull' in terms of general awesomeness but it far surpasses it.

From the first chord to Rock 'n Roll Train through to the final chord to 'For Those About To Rock' the crowd are one massive ball of energy. At times they seem to be more entertaining to watch than the band themselves.

The band are, typically, on excellent form bang out the hits with such vigour you wouldn't think they are over 30 years old.
While the whole concert is very worthy of multiple viewings there are a few, naturally, a few tracks that stand out more than others.

From the classics, you can never go wrong with T.N.T, Shook Me All Night Long, Highway to Hell and, of course, Thunderstruck. The new album gets some representation as well with rocking versions of Rock 'n Roll Train and War Machine particular standouts.

In conclusion, if you love your rock and roll and want to rock out in the comfort of your own home with 100,000 of the most fanatical fans you'll ever see, then you couldn't choose a better blu ray than this one. It truly is a thing of beauty. Get it, you won't be disappointed.

A must see for any AC/DC fan

Having first listened to AC/DC when Bon Scott was the singer I have been mesmerised with the quality of the songs and the unmistakeable style of Angus Young's guitar playing. Live at River Plate is without doubt one of the best live concerts I have seen on Dvd and Bluray and was really impressed by the sound quality and picture. For me they have included all the classics from the earlier years when they were at their very best and god bless that giant bell! There is no better guitarist than Angus Young and whilst Bon Scott was good Brian Johnson is the bizz. A must see.

I already own the Donington Blu-ray and that is one amazing concert - especially through a decent cinema surround system, however the picture quality & sound on this Blu-ray blows that one out of the water - The pre-concert extras are also worth watching ie: interviews with fans & the band - Worth buying!

  An absolute must have !!!

If you are a fan (30 years and counting) of the awesome AC/DC you have to have this in your collection. The sound and picture are brilliant !, A good mix of the new and classic AC/DC. ( I saw them live with bon scott and brian johnson). You could almost be there if viewed on a 60" screen. You have to buy it !!

  Must

I was lucky to see the band 11.6.2010. This set is almost same with only one song change. This is a MUST buy for me.
