Highschool of the Dead is a difficult anime to review. On one side, you have an interesting cast of characters, very good production values, some great and heart-warming moments and an overall good zombie survival anime. On the other side... It feels like a soft porno at times. Very much a show for guys, although I know some girls who enjoyed it, they're the type who are already accustomed to the ecchi style.
Personally, I found it very enjoyable, but the ecchi scenes made me cringe on occasion and removed me from the desperate feeling the show attempts to convey.
The Entire series is amazing from start to finish i know there are a lot of Ecchi shots in it but the story is solid and there is real character development its worth it brilliant buy.
