Just when you thought the series was going to end it gets a whole lot better!! Its amazing how these series of films have got to part 5 but here we are! This movie has a great story, action packed from start to finish, has a brilliant cast, all the original players are here including characters from all previous films in the series, plus new heavyweight star THE ROCK! Its a pumping thrill ride all the way through for fans or non fans alike its a great fun action movie well worthy of watching! There are some cool cars also as you expect, check it out!!
Every two years it seems that young drivers get in there Cleo's and Corsa's and try to re-enact what they have just seen on the big screen, until reality kicks in and they get wrapped around a lamp post!
"Hell, no!" sighs Ludacris midway through the fifth entry in the Fast And The Furious series.
"They scraped the bottom of the barrel here, didn't they?" Hmm: how tempting it might be to use that line as the cue for a wholesale slaughtering of the fifth installment that some call a " lame-brained gas-guzzler.
But no! The fact is, F&F5 finds the fuel-injected franchise in surprisingly rude health for a saga that has seen the odd road bumps over its 10 year history (2 Fast 2 Furious).
With the benefit of hindsight, you can clearly see that reuniting the original FATF foursome in 2009's Fast & Furious helped the series get its mojo back. And while there's no Michelle Rodriguez this time out, her absence is ably filled by Dwayne Johnson, matching Vin Diesel muscle for muscle as a snarling Fed on the trail of Vin and Paul Walker,s law-dodging car thieves.
Throw in a detour to Rio, a preposterous climactic set-piece and the return of some familiar faces (Tyrese Gibson from 2 Fast 2 Furious, Tokyo Drift's Sung Kang) and you're left with a swaggering slice of boy-toy car porn that thanks to A a white knuckle train heist, a giddy roof top chase, a Heat style shoot-out, a bone crunching smack down between Diesel and Johnson and the best auto carnage climax that even puts the freeway chase in Bad Boys II to shame and the tantalising post-credits tease makes this the best of the sequels if not the best in the series. Add all this up and it all makes F&F6 an appealing prospect. How long can this franchise go on?
At this rate, we would't be remotely surprised if we're all back here in 2021 discussing The Fast And The Furious X.
As for extras, Blu-ray makes DVD look like a Robin Reliant with a swag-bag of featurettes and iPad-friendly content.
This is brilliant fun, it may leave reality in it's rear view mirror, but it's a spectacular ride.
Strap yourself in and enjoy.

Great film.. Excellent how it comes on triple play aswell cant wait for this on blu-ray
This is the item for me, pre-ordered for 5th September. Because I have the previous four films on DVD and also Blu-ray, this has that plus a digital copy for use on my PC laptop. And this item has the cool steel case. Nice package for little more than the others. The film... I love the first three movies, especially how each has a different feel. Then came the fourth which I like because it's part of the series, but it was a bit silly! So I had reservations about this movie at the cinema. However, I loved it, it's car stunt choreography and shoot 'em up scenes. It was slick, fun, the locations in Rio were neat, and it had sassy humour with loads of the old characters getting back together.
