Delivering justice one shell at a time.

In a journey to earn his way out of poverty, a homeless man pulls into a city of urban chaos, where crime prevails and the city's crime boss reigns with violent and bloody malice.

Seeing this urban landscape filled with armed robbers, corrupt cops and abused prostitutes, the Hobo soon abandons his plans and turns vigilante in order to deliver justice to this city of filth the only way he knows how - with a 20-gauge shotgun. Mayhem ensues as he tries to clean up the streets and make the city a better place for future generations. However with the city's evil crime boss Drake standing in his way, will the Hobo's own brand of street justice prevail?

 Tongue in cheek excellence

a thoroughly entertaining, tongue in cheek and violent film, 90 minutes that doesnt let up for a second, Rutger Hauer is clearly loving the role and is absolutely perfectly cast. This is definately not a film to be taken seriously and revels in it's comic book violence, not since Kill Bill has there been so much arterial spray in a movie. It's also really well shot and framed considering it's the directors first full release. Overall I can thoroughly recommend...

Hahaha i have to say a whole lot of magazine reviewers didn't really get the idea of this film. It got many bad reviews which is a shame. I think the words tongue in cheek rule for this film, rutger hauer was great in the lead role and molly dunsworth great as the prostitute. I liked the film thought it had a sense of humour in many parts but also had some more serious points to it also.It reminded me of old school comedy/horror/action films from the late 70's/80's and the bad guys in this were so ott that it made it fun when the hobo goes on the rampage. Great scene to look out for is when the hobo is in the hospital talking at the babies it really is one of the more touching and serious scene's of the film and many people should look out for the theme on the ending credits it was from an old 80's classic kids show wonder how many guess it. Cool film but i think it will mostly be a cult classic which sometimes ain't such a bad thing and this was much better than machete.

I thought that you couldn't go wrong for 7 pounds, but was proved wrong.

As someone else said, this isn't a patch on Planet Terror and Machete. It's just a poorly made pile of tripe with equally bad acting. Ruger Hauer tries his best, but as the saying goes, you can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear.

If you want to see him in a cheesy action film, you'd be better getting Blind Fury, where he takes on all comers as a blind samurai. It's infinitely better than this turd.

This is one of the coolest movies ever made!! If your a big lover of Grindhouse movies and 80's classic cheesy gore movies and exploitation then look no further! This is everything rolled into one, the story is great a Hobo comes to a new town full of corruption and takes it into his own hands to sort it out!! Rutger Hauer is totally outstanding in his lead role, there is plenty of blood and guts to chew on for any horror fan, this is one awesome rollercoaster ride from beginning to end!!!
