Insidious (Blu-ray)

i liked this film but i thought the 1st half was wayyy better than the 2nd half. it went all wierd in the 2nd half.

this is a fantastic movie, everything a horror should be. A modern day version of poltergeist. This movie sticks to the principles of the good horror movie. Not the run of the mill slasher movie, which are ten to the penny.

I love Horror films but there is no denying that some are more fun than frightening, well Insidious manages both. The atmosphere is so spooky and there's a real vintage vibe here which takes you back to frighteners like The Poltergeist and the film will have you playing tricks on yourself, thinking you can see things on the screen. Its great, the first half is more frightening and then it turns into a more action packed film, still its all great stuff. A film has not scared me like this did, in nearly 10 years!

I don't scare easily the last exorcism and paranormal activity didn't do much for me but This Movie is truly terrifying with suspense running through it and terrifying bad guys let's just say this movie allowed me extra time for hobbies seeing as I didn't sleep after watching 5 Stars!

This is the most terrifying film I've seen of recent. If you found Paranormal Activity scary to watch, I would give this a miss as this is 10 times more scary and it makes Paranormal Activity a breeze to watch. If you are one that likes to be scared then buy it. I'll be buying just so I can actually watch it this time instead of hiding under my coat. Believe me I've never watched a film before where I spent most of the film hiding behind a coat or pillow until this one!
