A group of disgruntled luxury apartment employees, lead by Ben Stiller, attempt to take down their wealthiest resident (Alan Alda), who defrauded all of them from their pension plans. With the help of a recently-released ex-con (Eddie Murphy) who has a knack for robberies, a plan is in place to nab $20 million. Of course, what high-stakes, ensemble comedy would be complete without plenty of shenanigans to boot? The fantastic supporting cast includes Matthew Broderick, Casey Affleck, Gabourey Sidibe, Tia Leoni and Michael Pena.

Top 100 DVD Reviewer

This film is a very big let down, it does has some good comic moments but they are so few and far between. The film is lacking in action and doesn't really ever get going. The script is lazy and the acting tired. Really disappointing.

 truly terrible

Not remotely funny, original or interesting. The director seems to think we will all find the fat black woman hilarious, but she is terrible, and cant come close to pulling off a Jamaican accent. Stiller plays it completely straight, Murphy shouts and seems more threatening than amusing. I hated this one

 Not a towering achievement

Finding themselves swindled out of their pensions, the employees of a luxury tower building decide to get their own back on the resident who diddled them by stealing from him in return. Very slick caper comedy thinks it is a lot cleverer than it actually is but gets by because it is nicely put together and has a great cast. Of which Murphy probably makes the best impression, in a role that harks back to some of his earlier, more dynamic performances.
