Sucker Punch (Blu-ray)

The story may have some confused and others disappointed, but I found it to be enjoyable and even if it was an excuse for director Zach Snyder to indulge in sexy girls in epic visual battles, who cares.

At 2 for 10 pounds, this film is less than a packet of cigarettes so at the very least it's worth a punt

No problems with the film but it is not the 128min extended version as described in the technical details panel, it is in fact the standard 110mins version

This film isn't boring at all, people that say that are just spoilt and ignorant!. I was shocked on how good this film is when i went to see it. Its action packed with monsters babes with guns and weapons killing dragons, Nazis etc with a really good plot and reason why the film goes in to a fantasy world of adventure oh and a really good twist at the end what more do people want!!

Yes it looks good but apart from that it is awful.

Even with all the action it is mind numbingly boring! I can normally find a positive in most films but there is none for this.

While this film is a fantastic visual experience with top notch effects, and action that doesn't really seem to stop, even their not in the fantasy world, it just isn't very original in story and the characters were not developed enough to actually care about them and what their going through. Despite all this, it gets 4 stars because Snyder's direction is very good, plus the fantastic visual effects and amazing set pieces makes this film worth a watch, but I doubt it's a film most people will be seeing again anytime soon anyway.

Shutter island with eye candy set in a fantasy world. Utter mince.

You will need someone to close your mouth after you finish watching this film!

It is truly amazing. Visuals are 10/10, music is fantastic, awesome sound effects, you really get into the film. The story is strong and the characters are very good at their roles! There is never a boring moment, not even a second. If you like fantasy, fit chicks, guns, explosions and nazi zombies, this is the film for you!

P.S. turn up the bass and volume!

Stick an attractive cast, cool pixel-perfect visuals, glorious action sequences and an MTV generation twist on Shutter Island into a pot and simmer and if you judge it just right you'll get Sucker Punch.

It is a visceral visual treat with enough food for thought to make it a certain cult classic.

A great transfer and it just shines in HD.

Well worth a place on your shelf.
