The Expendables 2 (Blu-ray)

Sure,it wont win any oscars,or appear at Cannes.But if you want a well put together,take-your-brain-out action romp,this is perfect.Like the first one,full of gags,and great set pieces.In a way,this is better than the first,as the first was too dark (lighting),which many complained about.Even the cheesey cameos from arnie and Bruce will get you laughing.Looking forward to the 3rd one.

Expendables 2 has a better storyline then the first movie but the action is nowhere near as good or bloody violent as the first movie. This movie has schwarzenegger, willis and norris helping out stallone with the action but the climax action scene was average and the fight scene between stallone and van damme was not that good when compared to steve austins fire fight scene in the first movie. The first movies climax scene was bloody brilliant with the gun fights, martial arts, chopping hands and heads and the explosions. This movie is worth a watch but do not expect anything. Watch the expendables uncut bluray movie and you will agree with me about the action being better then expendables 2.

Not near as enjoyable as the first..all the stars are just going thru the motions..very dissapointed with both the film and the picture quality..i normally love 80s action movies but not this..lucky to get 2 stars!!!!!

i liked stallone in rambo i liked arnie in terminator i liked van damme and lundgren in 1st universal soldier... but there comes a time in man's life when it's time to say enough... for the love of god they're in their 50s 60s 70s it hurts to watch grandpas trying to act as youngsters what's even worse is fact than there is no one to take their places

Watched the bluray tonight and really rated the film Great action scenes and funny one liners .i would have given this film five stars if it wasnt for the bad picture quality i mean very bad

not as good as the first but very very good action packed film

i've loved the film action from Start to finish, greats actors lets make 3rd film

a collection of movie action-heroes of the past 30 years or so come out to play again in the second expendable spectacle.
after a mission goes dreadfully wrong in losing one of their number, the team set out to settle the score.
saving the people of a small town in the process............a bonus.
another blood and guts action feast coupled with a good measure of humour.
got to say...........thoroughly enjoyable.

There are not many extras on the disc but what there is is good..i liked the feature on the guns used in the movie...

amazing film gr8 kick back to the 80's, good quality and even better one liners. no slipcase tho the only down side :(
