Scared me like no other horror film ever has! You will be unprepared, Grave Encounters will make you shiver, scream, jump and maybe even curl up where your sat, the shocking imagery and tense atmosphere will have this effect on you! Superbly acted, nicely shot considering most found footage movies feature mad camerawork, you will get to experience every second of the horror! A masterpiece in horror, Grave Encounters is the ULTIMATE horror movie experience.
If you have seen Paranormal Activity etc., then there's nothing new to come for... True, it sets place in an abbandoned nuthouse and weird things happen as the movie goes on. But it has been seen before. And trust me, they exagerate the atmosphere near the end and the whole "scariness" disappear! Could have been something, but isn't...
nobody truly knows the truth, however, there are many unexplained happenings reported all the time, i believe there is a possibility of, shall we say restless spirits, far too many credible people have reported sightings to be ignored.
however, films like this are truly what you want to make of them, think maybe we've had a few too many films of this type, examples being 'the blair witch' and 'paranormal activity'
i find them totally predictable, however if it 'chills' you in any way, it's job done i guess...................there are so many really good movies to watch, for me ( yes i did buy it, dunno why mind ) it's really not worth encouraging by watching............of course, the choice is yours..
Takes paranormal activity to another level, had to pause it half way through to calm down!! Really enjoyed this film and cant wait to get the Blu ray!!
Seen the reviews and the trailer. Looks good. Anyone know what the extras are if any? It's haunting me. LOL
