Titles Comprise:

Batman Begins: Director Christopher Nolan (Memento, Insomnia) and screenwriter David S. Goyer (the Blade trilogy) join forces for another action-packed chapter of the Batman saga!

As a young boy, Bruce Wayne watched in horror as his millionaire parents were slain in front of him--a trauma that leads him to become obsessed with revenge. But the opportunity to avenge his parents' deaths is cruelly taken away from him by fate.

Fleeing to the East, where he seeks counsel with the dangerous but honourable ninja cult leader known as Ra's Al-Ghul, Bruce returns to his now decaying Gotham City, which is overrun by organized crime and other dangerous individuals manipulating the system. Meanwhile, Bruce is slowly being swindled out of Wayne Industries, the company he inherited.

The discovery of a cave under his mansion, along with a prototype armored suit, leads him to assume a new persona, one which will strike fear into the hearts of men who do wrong; he becomes Batman!!!

In the new guise, and with the help of rising cop Jim Gordon, Batman sets out to take down the various nefarious schemes in motion by individuals such as mafia don Falcone, the twisted doctor/drug dealer Jonathan 'The Scarecrow' Crane, and a mysterious third party who is quite familiar with Wayne and waiting to strike when the time is right.

The Dark Knight: Christian Bale and director Christopher Nolan reunite following their blockbuster success with Batman Begins! This time, Heath Ledger joins the cast as The Joker, and Aaron Eckhart stars as Harvey Dent in an all-new adventure of The Dark Knight.

With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordan (Gary Oldman) and new district attorney Harvey Dent (Eckhart--Thank You for Smoking), Batman sets out to destroy organized crime in Gotham City forever. The three enjoy early success, but they soon find themselves prey to a rising criminal mastermind known as The Joker (Ledger--Brokeback Mountain), who throws Gotham into anarchy and force Batman ever closer to crossing the line between hero and vigilante.

Great set let down by minor issues

Build quality-
Ok I'll say outright, I was very disappointed with the quality of the case. I recently bought the steelbook version of MI4 and this comes nowhere near. The case has a very poor plastic feel to it, if anything I would prefer a regular DVD case. The embossed bat image at the front is nice touch, still disappointing though.

Film quality-
Perfect, that's all I can say. Image is crystal clear and audio is on a level I never knew existed. Major thumbs up

Batman begins has some very good extras, many in HD and several which aren't even on the regular DVD as far as I recall. The dark knight was disappointing however, with next to no extra features, less than half that of Begins.

In short, a great box set let down by build quality and lack of extras with the second movie. The movies themselves are perfect however

Steelbook , more like cheap flimsy plastic book. Not what I was expected. Films as expected being blu ray are superb.
