  "SUSPENSEFUL AND CHILLING MOMENTS !

| | See all MervYahoo's reviews (2)

30 March 2013. This review is from: Gone DVD Blu-ray Disc.
Jill still has terrifying nightmares about her past, claiming that she was abducted, managing to escape the horror. However, her nightmares persist and she becomes frantic when her sister is missing.
Jill files a Missing report with the Police, but no evidence was ever found on her own abduction. Therefore, the police do not find it as serious as Jill does.
Furthermore, the suspects that were investigated also take it lightly. Amanda Seyfried plays the hysterical-frightened to death woman who suffers the anticipation of not knowing whether or not Molly is still alive, while reliving her past abduction. Her acting performance is excellent as the viewer endures chilling moments that become intense. Highly recommended for mystery and thriller lovers, who enjoy suspenseful stories.
Regardless of how the viewer expects the movie to end, the story is captivating and the main character is not only clever, but has you biting your nails through some scenes. Good film.

  "..GREAT THRILLER.."

This movie gets allot of flack from people which is rather unnecessary, the story is actually very good and its paced out well to keep you interested, its a simple movie yes with a small budget and a small cast but it does well with it and deserves more credit, Amanda Seyfried is great as the lead and a beautiful and talented young actress and one of the things that makes the movie better, if you enjoy a good thriller do check it out despite the negativity people give it. Its a small film not a bad film.

  THE POLICE DON'T BELIEVE HER'

'jill conway' claimed to be abducted a year ago,and escaped, her claims were disregarded, she was placed in an asylum.
coming in from work early in the morning, as requested she goes into her sisters room to wake her up, her sister 'molly' is not there.
she believes molly to be abducted as she was, reporting it to the police, she meets with a large dose of doubt, the oficer doesn't buy it as was the case a year ago, when the police had found no evidence to support her claim.
'jill' sets about making enquires in the hope of finding 'molly' before it's too late.
because 'jill' had waved a gun around trying to get information, she is now the subject of an intense 'police' hunt.
the film becomes tense as 'jill' closes in on who she believes was both her abductor and that of her sister.
this really is a worthwhile watch.
