Bruce Nolan (Carrey) is a newscaster unhappy with his lot. As one disaster follows another Bruce is fired from his TV station and beaten up by a gang of thugs. Furious, Bruce rails and rages against God who challenges him to take on the big job and see if he can do any better.
Once Bruce convinces himself that he's not dreaming, he proceeds to utilise his infinite powers now at his disposal for his own amusement and advantage. Finally, he finds himself at a crossroads: to become the biggest and most powerful jerk in the universe or find a little bit of humanity...

Jennifer Aniston on a 50 inch Full High Deff Plasma TV made my day complete.
Awesome movie with a cast full of awesome actors.
Steve Carell is one of my all time favourite actors and even tho his part in this film isnt as big as it should be it wouldnt be the same without him. Thank God they made Evan Almighty

I enjoyed this film in the cinema and on DVD. On Bluray in HD this film is amazing!
I have only watched a small part of the film on Bluray but so far I am enjoying it. The visual quality is stunning and the audio couldn't be any better. The disc has both a 5.1 Uncompressed audio track and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio track.
Watching this film in HD is a brand new experience and it is like watching Bruce Almighty for the first time all over again.
If you enjoyed this film the first time or have yet to see Bruce Almighty, this is a must for any PS3 or Bluray player owner!
Great comedy the whole family can enjoy :).
