'cameron poe' ( nicholas cage ) has served his time, he is to be taken home on a plane which is used to carry prison transfers, hardened villians serving 'life'
the trip turns sour when the plane is taken over by the prisoners after a violent struggle with the gaurds.
'cameron' has to hit a credible balance to protect a friend and surviving gaurds, not to mention himself.
it turns into a roller-coaster ride coupled with some great 'finale' special effects.
the casting is brilliant especially the different characters among the villians.
'malkovich' and 'cage' are awsome.
if you have never seen the film you have a treat in store, if like me you havent watched it for some time it's worth 're-visiting' on this format.
This is a must see for every reason!

This is one of the best quality blu-rays I have watched - picture quality throughout is stunning. I can't fault this movie - they use every special effect in the game, plenty of explotions & fantastic effects as they crash through electricity wires and las vegas. Its got the hard knock thugs and the sensitive family men in one! Great sound track. Not gorey or over violent. What more can I say?
JUST BRILLIANT!!!!!!

I watched this movie and was blown away. The movie is probably one of the best action films of all time. The last reviewer said the picture quality was poor, but played on my ps3 and through a samsung 1080p lcd tv it is just superb. The picture is crystal clear and the colour reproduction is amazing, a lot better than the original dvd.
